Exchange and Return policy

This Agreement was last modified on 17 July 2018.

  • Anabiya will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
  • Anabiya will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Anabiya is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer.  Anabiya will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
  • Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
  • There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 14 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
  • Anabiya reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
